Matt Chewning is a husband, father, pastor, and baller who brings raw authenticity and Gospel-centered passion to everything he does—from the pulpit to the basketball court. A New Jersey native, Matt first came to the Boston area to attend Eastern Nazarene College, where he met his wife Beth. After graduation, he landed in North Carolina and quickly rose to success in corporate sales, settling into a life of comfort and stability. But comfort never told the whole story. Through a series of unmistakable promptings from God, Matt and Beth left behind the salary, the safety, and the southern real estate steals to return to the North Shore of Massachusetts—one of the most spiritually resistant regions in the U.S.—to plant Netcast Church. With no playbook, little understanding, and plenty of unknowns, they launched a church built on bold faith, radical authenticity, and a clear mission: tell as many people as possible about Jesus and get them connected to the life of the local church. Since its founding, Netcast has grown from a living room gathering to a thriving, diverse church community now located inside the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, MA. Matt leads with conviction and grit, preaching the unfiltered Gospel week after week and asking people to wrestle with the big questions: What do you believe? Why do you believe it? And has it actually changed your life? He’s known for his down-to-earth style, his willingness to say the hard things, and his deep belief that the church should be a place where no one has to fake it. Johnathon James Barlow is a preacher and bonsai enthusiast from Seymour, Missouri. He is Husband to Kayla, and Dad to Ariah, Judah, and Isaiah as well as serves as Lead Pastor of Realove Church and is the founder of the Scroll and Sword Digital Discipleship Library. In his nearly five years as lead pastor, Realove has almost tripled in size and celebrated more than 300 baptisms. His ministry is driven by a simple conviction: “God is only good.” He is passionate about preaching the full counsel of God, seeing the lost become found, and equipping the next generation to wield the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God.

Chad and Natalie Sturdefant are in the Youth Ministry at Realove Church in Seymour, MO. They live in Seymour, MO and have 5 children. They have a heart to see a generation of young people discover who God has called them to be and step boldly into that calling. For nearly 5 years, YTHCON has been built around one simple belief: the youth are the Church now, not next. Chad and Natalie believe students don’t have to wait until they’re older, have everything figured out, or reach a certain stage of life for God to use them. God wants to move through them right now, right where they are. Their heart is to see young people encounter Jesus, answer the call God has placed on their lives, and be equipped and empowered to live on mission for the cause of Christ. For the past 10 years, Chad and Natalie have served in youth ministry, and there is nothing they love more than seeing young people come together with one purpose: to know Jesus and make Him known. Through YTHCON, their prayer is to spread this message as far as possible and remind a generation: You don’t have to be grown to be chosen.
